He has won many prizes and awards, he made his Wigmore Hall debut in 2016 and performed at the Purcell Room in 2018. Henry Roberts studied the flute at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He has played in various orchestras and appeared as a soloist, including playing Mozart’s flute concerto in Horsham. Henry and Oliver play regularly together in the Pelléas Ensemble, a group comprising flute, viola and harp. Their programme ranges widely, from a Bach sonata and a group of Schubert songs, to music by three twentieth-century composers: Bartók, Lutosławski and Piazzolla.
